Google is going to launch it’s Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones in October

The tech giant Google now going to unveil its Pixel (Nexus) range smartphones along with a new 4K compatible Chromecast and Daydream virtual reality (VR) on October 4. It will replace the currently available options.

The tech giant Google with HTC is making two new Nexus smartphones, from which, two of them are — Pixel and Pixel XL, codenamed Sailfish and Marlin, respectively.

According to the Tuesday report of AndroidHeadlines website,”Google’s Pixel XL has allegedly surfaced on a Geekbench benchmark listing recently, showcasing a couple of pieces of information that seem to confirm once more that the codename for the device is Marlin”. According to the latest leaks, Google’s Pixel XL is expected to have a 5.5-inch screen, an aluminium unibody design, and a rear-facing fingerprint scanner.

According to the latest rumour, Google’s Pixel XL will come with quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor clocked at 1.59GHz pair up with 4GB of RAM and will run on a version of Android 7.0 Nougat operating system named NMR1. But other rumour says that it will be running in Android Nougat 7.1 out of the box.
